The Chem Group Artificial Grass Cleaner & Deodoriser is a concentrated cleaning solution developed to tackle dirt, grime and unwanted odours on artificial lawns.

Combining plant-derived surfactant technology, mineral-based cleaning ingredients and specialist odour-control technology, the formula is designed to help maintain cleaner, fresher artificial grass in gardens, pet areas and outdoor spaces.

How to Use

IMPORTANT: The following instructions are proposed for the experimental formulation and must be validated before commercial use.

Step 1 — Shake Well

Shake the bottle thoroughly before use to ensure the cleaning solution is evenly mixed.

Step 2 — Dilute With Water

Mix 1 part Artificial Grass Cleaner with 10 parts clean water.

Examples:

• 100 ml cleaner + 1 litre water = 1.1 litres ready-to-use solution.
• 250 ml cleaner + 2.5 litres water = 2.75 litres ready-to-use solution.
• 500 ml cleaner + 5 litres water = 5.5 litres ready-to-use solution.
• 1 litre cleaner + 10 litres water = 11 litres ready-to-use solution.

Step 3 — Apply Evenly

Using a suitable garden sprayer or watering can, apply the diluted cleaning solution evenly over the artificial grass.

Pay particular attention to areas with visible dirt, heavy foot traffic or unwanted odours.

For heavily soiled areas, gently work the solution into the grass fibres using a suitable brush.

Step 4 — Allow to Work

Allow the cleaning solution to remain on the treated surface for approximately 20 minutes.

This proposed contact time is subject to performance and compatibility testing.

Step 5 — Rinse Thoroughly

Rinse the treated artificial grass thoroughly with clean water to remove loosened dirt, cleaning residues and unwanted contaminants.

Allow the area to drain and dry.

Keep children and pets away during treatment. Safe re-entry conditions must be established through finished-product testing.

How the Formula Works

Cleaning Action: C9–11 alcohol ethoxylate helps loosen and disperse dirt and oily residues from artificial grass fibres.

Odour Control: Zinc ricinoleate is included to help bind certain odour-causing molecules.

Mineral-Based Support: Sodium citrate, sodium bicarbonate, sodium carbonate and sodium gluconate support the cleaning formulation.
